Would we be:
- Happier?
- Healthier?
- Better rested?
- More likely to be night owls?
- Energetic?
Or would we be:
- Stressed because we had less time to get stuff done?
- More overweight because we were less active?
- Unable to fall asleep at night?
- More likely to take multiple naps?
- Even able to turn our minds off and take a nap?

LOL - I'm going home today at lunch for a siesta (only had 3 hours of sleep last night).
Happier? Definitely. Healthier? I think so.
I wish we would follow Spain's example...!
Why no ask your grandfather--he gets his nap in every day.
My dad naps every day for 30 mins or less... he's a believer.
