My daycare used to...Oh my GOD I so feel your pain. My daycare used to heat up a bottle, my kid would drink 1 oz and stop. They would then heat up a different bottle 2 hours later and use that..and so on. So I started putting all the milk in the big container and asking them to just do an oz or 2 at a time. no luck. I cannot tell you how many oz they wasted! Basically, anytime my kids cried, they would give them a bottle.
